Ginger Tincture
Ginger root is a wonderful warming spice. It has been used in culinary pastries and seasonal beverages. Ginger is mostly known for its ability to calm an upset stomach, ease nausea and vomiting as well as a digestive aid. Ginger is also very useful in calming inflammation and soothing pain and similar discomfort. Ginger also has antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal properties an is a staple for soothing sore throats.
Ingredients:
Zingiber officinale
50% alcohol
Directions for use:
Take 10 drops two to four times a day in water, juice or tea. This product may also be taken sublingually (under the tongue) holding for 20 to 30 seconds before swallowing,
